CSP/CLP 600 - Rolling Electric Cylinder
GET TO KNOW YOUR PRODUCT
1.1 Manufactured in 1020 SAE steel plate, epoxy painted, emergency buttons with double
command, cabinet completely closed, chains with simple and quick adjustment system;
1.2 This equipment follows rigorously the ABNT Safety Norms, according to the law number
0401902001/96. The control panel allows the equipment to promptly switch off when
operating the safety buttons (see item 3.3);
1.3 The CSP/CLP 600 cylinder maximum rolling out capacity is 35 Kg of dough. Exceeding
this limit may reduce the components durability;
1.4 Electrostatic painting (epoxy) or Stainless Steel with chromed cylinders as optional.
1.5 Steel-plated roller bearings are used in its manufacturing.
CAUTION WHEN ASSEMBLING
2.1 Before connecting your equipment to the mains supply, check that the voltage shown on
it conforms with your mains supply: 220V for the monophase equipment and 220/380V
for the triphase;
2.2 The equipment's voltage can't be changed, that would imply changing the control panel
whole system;
2.3 Install your machine on a flat, level surface.
2.4 Remember to connect the earth wire.
LEARN HOW TO USE YOUR CSP/CLP 600
3.1 This cylinder has been developed to roll out dough and to make bread dough;
3.2 Practical cylinder(roller)opening system, simply operated through the frontal panel with
the visual indication;
3.3 Turn on and off your equipment using the buttons on the control panel. The safety
buttons should be used only in emergency cases;
CLEANING
4.1 Before cleaning your equipment, make sure it is disconnected from the mains supply.
4.2 Use a damp cloth for cleaning the machine.
4.3 Dry well the cylinders(rollers) after cleaning the equipment.
4.4 Don't pour water over the equipment when cleaning it.
