8.4 - ELECTRICAL BOX
• It is recommended that the electrical box be dusted on a yearly basis.
• Check yearly that the electrical wiring is securely held in their connecting terminals.

8.5 - ADDITIONAL MAINTENANCE
• The inspection, cleaning or replacement or internal
components requires that the main condensate tank be
removed.
Important: certain metal parts are sharp and may cause
injury.
Tank removal:
• Remove the intake grille.
• Remove the rubber plug (1) and empty the condensed
water remaining in the tank into a bucket. Replace the
plug immediately afterward.
• Remove the facade frame (2) by unscrewing the four
retaining screws (3). The two clips (4) can be used to
maintain the facade suspended to the unit.
• Remove the four screws (5) that hold the two plates (6)
supporting the tank (7), plus the two electrical box screws
(8).
• Remove the tank, grasping it by the two clips (4). Handle
it carefully as the polyethylene parts are fragile.
• Clean the inside of the tank as required, and check that
the hose is not clogged.
• Check that the heat exchanger is clean. If needed, use a
vacuum cleaner with a rubber tip to remove dust being
careful not to damage the fins.
Tank replacement:
• Put the tank (7) back into place by positioning the drain
plug (1) on the pump side. Tighten the four mounting
screws (5) and the two screws (8).
• Put the facade (2) back in place using the two tank clips
(4) to maintain it suspended on the unit. Tighten the four
retaining screws (3).
• Put the grille back in place with the air filter installed.
• Hook the grille safety cord to the frame, close the grille and replace the retaining screws of the locks.
8.6 - WATER LEVEL ALARM
Note: During normal operation, the condensate pump is actuated at the same time as the main exchanger valve.
• In case of abnormal backflow of water into the condensate tank (due to a faulty pump, a dirty tank, or a plugged drain line,...),
a safety contact (floater) disconnects the remote control's power supply and causes the ventilation to shut down, the control
valve to close and activates the pump on a permanent basis. A potential-free changeover contact (2A - 250V max.) for the
alarm report is available on the printed circuit board (terminals A, B, C, see electrical diagram).
8.7 - FUSE
• A fuse (F1) located on the printed circuit board protects the unit's circuitry (see electrical diagram).
- Rating: 4 A - 250 V.
- Type: F - High breaking capacity.
- Size: 5x20.
