5. How to use the sealer
1 Plug the sealer and press the On/Off button for three seconds to turn on the equip-
ment, 3 beeps will sound and the LED will blink, indicating the heating phase. When
sealing temperature is reached (three minutes approximately with the handle lifted up,
Fig. 1), 2 beeps will sound and the LED will be on, indicating that the sealer is ready to
be used.
2 Insert the tip of the sterilization package through the sealing entrance, always with the
paper side downwards and plastic upwards, pull by the other side and place the roll at
the roll holder (Fig. 1). Pull the paper to seal at the desired size.
Never perform sealing with the plastic side downwards in order avoid trouble with
access of plastic material on the heater.
3 Pull the sealing handle until it locks, a beep will sound (Fig. 2), starting the sealing pro-
cess (6 seconds). At the ending of this period, the LED
sound continuously.
Note: After 5 minutes with the handle down, the sealer will be automatically turned off.
4 Before lifting up the sealing handle, cut the package by sliding the blade holder from a
side to another and taking it back to the initial position (Fig. 3).
5 Lift up the handle (Fig. 4) and take the package.
6 After using, press the On/Off button for three seconds to turn it off.
Note: After 30 minutes with no use, the equipment is automatically turned off.
