1. Intended use
Thermosealer was developed to seal packages (paper/plastic) proper for sterilization in
steam autoclaves.
2. Box content
Included items:
– 1 sealer.
– 1 instruction manual.
3. Recommendations and warnings
NEVER PERFORM SEALING WITH THE PLASTIC SIDE DOWNWARDS, THIS
SEALER MUST ONLY BE USED WITH PAPER/PLASTIC PACKAGES.
– Follow the instructions and guidelines from the sterilization packages manufacturer
regarding use instructions, precautions, conservation and storage.
– This equipment works with high temperatures, because of that, avoid contact with hot
parts, indicated by a label.
– When packaging instruments, protect the pointy or sharp ones with cotton or gauze to
avoid cuts or holes in the packages.
– The amount of instruments must be compatible with the package to avoid ruptures.
– Sealer is able to work on 127V and 220V, as indicated in the identification label, behind
the equipment (Fig. 1).
