Problem
The steam is not
dispensed.
Locked drawer.
All the buttons are
blinking simultaneously.
If the problem has not been solved or for other types of faults, contact the local as-
sistance service.

Possible causes
Dispensing temperature not
reached.
Incorrect use of the
machine.
Internal water circuit error.
Solution
Wait for the temperature to
be reached with the button
(19) lit steadily.
Check lights or switch the
machine off and on.
Make sure there is water
in the tank and wait for the
circuit to reset
If the problem persists,
contact the service center.
