  • Page 6 ITALIANO CARATTERISTICHE DELL’ASTA Per un corretto funzionamento della barriera, l’asta di alluminio deve necessariamente avere le caratteristiche illustrate nella figura sotto. La barriera SHUT può azionare aste di lunghezza L pari a 3 m e 4.5 m. POSA DELLA BARRIERA...
  • Page 7 ITALIANO MONTAGGIO DELL’ASTA Montare l’asta e fissarla al supporto di trazione tramite le 3 viti in dotazione come illustrato nella figura che segue. La barriera viene fornita di serie con idonea molla. Assicurarsi che la molla installata sia adatta alla lunghezza dell’asta utilizzata.
  • Page 8 BILANCIAMENTO DELL’ASTA ITALIANO Per un buon funzionamento della barriera è fondamentale che l’asta sia opportunamente bilanciata dall’azione della molla opponente. Per ottenere ciò agire come segue:  Sbloccare il motoriduttore (vedi pag.12).  Inserire il tirante A nell’apposito foro presente sulla piastra base.

  • Page 11 ITALIANO FUNZIONI INTRINSECHE  Rallentamento: ad ogni manovra la sbarra viene accelerata e decelerata linearmente, in funzione del tempo di Lavoro programmato, allo scopo di allungare la vita del motoriduttore.  Lampeggiatore: Il lampeggiatore si accende con frequenza 2 lampeggi/sec. in apertura ed 1 lampeggio/sec. in chiusura.
  • Page 12 ITALIANO REGOLAZIONE FINECORSA ELETTRICI    Le istruzioni che seguono si riferiscono ad una barriera che apre in senso antiorario. Posizionare il dip switch 1 in ON per utilizzare la centrale a Uomo Presente. Con il tasto P3 portare la sbarra a completa chiusura. Agendo sull’apposita vite, regolare la posizione del magnete A in modo tale che si spenga il Led DL5 sulla scheda elettronica.

  • Page 18 ENGLISH ROD FEATURES For a correct working of barrier, the aluminium rod should necessarily have the features showed in the picture here below. The barrier SHUT can move rods of 3 m and 4.5 m length. BARRIER LAYING Installation without foundation plate Lay the barrier on a perfectly even concrete lay-by cleaned from deposits.
  • Page 19 ENGLISH ROD ASSEMBLING Assemble the rod and fasten it to traction support through the 3 screws supplied with as showed in the following picture. The barrier is supplied in current model with a fitted spring. Make sure the installed spring is fitted to the length of used rod.

    ENGLISH OTHER FUNCTIONS  Slowing down: at any handling the bar is linearly accelerated and decelerated depending on programmed work time, so to extend the life of motor reducer.  Blinker: The blinker switches on with frequency of 2 flashings/sec. while opening and 1 flashing/sec. while closing.

By the key P3 take the bar to full closing. Acting on the fitted screw, adjust the position of magnet A so that the Led DL5 on electronic card switches off.

  • Page 30 CARACTÉRISTIQUES DE LA TIGE Pour un correcte fonctionnement de la barrière, la tige en aluminium doit nécessairement avoir les caractéristiques illustrées dans l'image ci-dessous. La barrière SHUT peut actionner des tiges de longueur L de 3 m et 4.5 m.
  • Page 31 FRANCAIS MONTAGE DE LA TIGE Monter la tige et la fixer au support de traction par les 3 vis de la livraison comme illustré dans l'image suivante. La barrière est fournie en série avec le ressort approprié. S'assurer que le ressort installé soit convenable pour la longueur de la tige utilisée.
