4 Intended use
The Bosch Rexroth Safety extension module IndraControl XFE01.1-SY-01 is a
safety component. It becomes only a safety-related control system (IndraMotion
MLC SafeLogic) if used with a Rexroth IndraControl XMxx control. For
information on the hardware of the IndraMotion MLC SafeLogic, refer to the
documentation of the hardware used (refer to
on page 2).
The Safety extension module IndraControl XFE01.1-SY-01 is used to securely
process logic signals of periphery components (sensors) according to the
sequential program and to provide logic signals for periphery components
(actuators). The sequential program can be freely programmed using the
Engineering system.
