Do not tighten it. Then, screw a foot onto each of the spikes. Once the subwoofer is in its final position, adjust each foot so that the unit is level and stable. Tighten each locknut against the top of its corresponding foot to hold everything in place. - Page 6 Try placing the subwoofer in a vari- ety of locations while listening from multiple seating posi- tions.
