7.2. Bloom App
The following table (Table N°4) highlights possible errors you might face when using the Bloom App. The app will guide you
on how to handle these errors. If you experience any other issues with the Bloom App, not covered in the table below, contact
Bloom Diagnostics' technical support (see section 9.).

Bloom App has lost connection to the Bloom Lab.
Bluetooth is disabled.
Bloom Test strip removed from the Bloom Lab unexpectedly.
The smartphone has a low battery.
The smartphone has lost its internet connection.
The Bloom Lab turned off unexpectedly.

Ensure an ambient temperature above 15°C (59°F).
Contact technical support for assistance.
Make sure that the Bloom Lab is plugged in as instructed.

Disconnect and reconnect the Bloom Lab from the power supply and
wait for the boot process to be finished.

Try to bring your smartphone closer to the Bloom Lab.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled in the control center.
Re-insert the Bloom Test strip.
Charge the smartphone battery to a minimum 30%.
