Problem
The boiler unit does not heat
up the water.
Relative light off.
Water drops come out from the
plate (9).
Decreasing steam
There is enough water, but no
steam.
The "low water level"
indicator light (g) flashes.
Water or steam leaks from the
connector on the back of the
ironing system (1).
Steam leaks.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Cause
The appliance is not switched
on.
It is the first time that the
appliance has been used or it
has not been used for a long
time; there is some residual
water in the steam hose.
The thermostat (11) has been
set on a too low temperature
for steam ironing.
Pressure of the steam inside
the boiler has decreased.
The water reservoir is not
correctly positioned.
Lack of water in the reservoir.
The connector has not been
correctly connected.
Broken or faulty seals.
The appliance does not work.
Solution
Check that the plug is correctly
connected to the power outlet.
Make sure that you have
pressed the ON button.
Press the steam button (12)
until generating continuous
steam flow.
S e l e c t a n a p p r o p r i a t e
temperature for steam ironing.
Wait 1 ÷ 2 minutes for the water
to heat up and the "steam
ready", light comes on, then try
using the steam again.
Make sure that the water
reservoir is correctly positioned.
Disconnect the plug from the
socket.
Remove the reservoir (see
p a r a g r a p h " r e f i l l i n g t h e
reservoir") and add water.
R eposition the reser voir
correctly.
C o n n e c t t h e c o n n e c t o r
correctly.
