    Pre-Installation PLANNING THE INSTALLATION Read all instructions before assembly and installation. Before starting installation of the fixture or removal of a previous fixture, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box. To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as carpet or cardboard.

    Installation Attaching the mounting bracket  Thread two hex nuts (AA) onto the nipple (EE) to the midpoint.  Thread the nipple (EE) in through the center hole of the mounting bracket (JJ) approximately 1/3 of the way. Do not tighten the hex nuts (AA).
  • Page 6 Installation (continued) Adjusting the chain length  Separate the arms on the main fixture body (A) evenly around the center. Opened  Thread the top loop (II) onto the top of the Chain Link main fixture body (A).  Attach the chain (KK) to the top loop (II) using the chain link connector (DD).
  • Page 7 Installation (continued) Threading the cord  Feed the cord and fixture ground wire into the center hole of the screw collar loop (HH), through the nipple (EE), and then out of the outlet box.  Continue feeding the cord and fixture ground wire until there is no slack remaining.
  • Page 8 Installation (continued) Securing the canopy  Slide the canopy (B) up the chain (KK), toward the outlet box, and up against the ceiling surface.  Slide the threaded ring (CC) up the chain (KK) and thread it onto the screw collar loop (HH) to secure the canopy (B) flush against the ceiling surface.

    Operation  Turn on power at the circuit breaker or fuse box.  Turn the light switch on to activate the fixture. Care and Cleaning EXTERIOR MAINTENANCE NOTE: Do not use any cleaners with chemicals, Use a dry or slightly dampened clean cloth solvents, or harsh abrasives.

    Instalación Sujetando la ménsula de montaje  Enrosque dos tuercas hexagonales (AA) en la boquilla (EE) hasta su punto medio aproximado.  Enrosque la boquilla (EE) a través del agujero central de la ménsula de montaje (JJ) 1/3 aproximadamente de su profundidad.
  • Page 16 Instalación (continuado) Ajustando la longitud de la cadena  Separe los brazos en el cuerpo principal (A) uniformemente alrededor del centro. Eslabón  Enrosque el bucle superior (II) en la parte Abierto superior del cuerpo principal (A).  Coloque la cadena (KK) a el bucle superior (II) con el eslabón conector (DD) de la cadena.
  • Page 17 Instalación (continuado) Enhebrando el cable  Pase el cordón y el cable a tierra del luminario en el agujero central del bucle roscado (HH), por el centro de la boquilla (EE), y fuera de la caja de alimentación.  Continúe pasando el cordón y el cable a tierra del luminario hasta que no quede exceso de cable ni de cordón.
  • Page 18 Instalación (continuado) Asegurando la cubierta  Deslice la cubierta (B) hasta la cadena (KK), hacia la caja de alimentación y contra la superficie del techo.  Deslice el aro roscado (CC) hasta la cadena (KK) y enrósquelo en el bucle roscado (HH) para asegurar la cubierta (B) al ras contra la superficie del techo.

    Pré-Installation PLANIFICATION DE L'INSTALLATION Lire toutes les instructions avant assemblage et l'installation. Avant de commencer l'installation du luminaire ou la dépose d'un précédent luminaire, débrancher l'alimentation en désactivant le disjoncteur ou en retirant le fusible de la platine de fusibles.     Installation Le montage du plaque de fixation  Vissez les deux écrous hexagonaux (AA) sur la tige filetée (EE) jusqu’à ce qu’ils atteignent le milieu de la tige.  Vissez la tige filetée (EE) dans le trou central de la plaque de fixation (JJ) jusqu’à ce qu’environ 1/3 de la tige soit inséré.
