VISIOR FOR PARAGLIDER AND HANG GLIDER PILOTS
CHARACTERISTICS
The Charly VITESSE visor is break-proof and of high optical quality. It protects the
eyes from UV radiation and draughts and reduces air resistance. The distance
between visor and face is in most cases large enough to wear regular glasses
underneath.
The visor is anti-scratch coated on the outside and anti-fog coated on the inside.
In extreme conditionsm the visor can fog up despite the anti-fog coating, so you
should always take off with the visor open.
Visors and visor screws with washers are available separately as spare parts.
They fit (exclusively) all helmet sizes of the Charly VITESSE helmet.
MOUNTING ON THE HELMET

Place the enclosed washers - with the smooth side facing the visor - between the
helmet and the visor and screw the visor to the threaded inserts embedded in the

helmet shell. Tighten the two screws until the desired level of movement of the D - 81247 Munich
visor is achieved. Both screws should provide the same resistance.

In order not to damage the coatings, clean the visor without detergent under
running water and then wipe it carefully with a soft kitchen roll. Do not rub strongly!
