Normes de sécurité générales
La machine décrite dans le présent manuel a
été réalisée en conformité avec la Directive
Communautaire sur les
2006/42/CE (Directive Machines) et ses
modifications successives.
Le responsable de la gestion de la machine
doit impérativement se conformer aux
directives communautaires ainsi qu'aux lois
nationales en vigueur en ce qui concerne
l'environnement de travail,
sauvegarder la sécurité et la santé des
opérateurs. Avant la mise en marche
effectuer toujours les
préliminaires.
Attention!
L'utilisation de la machine est permise
uniquement à l'opérateur autorisé. Afin
d'éviter l'utilisation par des personnes non
autorisées, enlever la clé de contact.
Ne pas effectuer de modifications,
transformations ou applications sur la
machine pouvant compromettre la sécurité.
Avant la mise en marche de la machine
vérifier si son fonctionnement ne met
personne en danger.
S'abstenir de toute sorte d'opérations
pouvant compromettre la stabilité de la
machine.

Le responsable de la gestion de la machine
ne doit pas simplement s'en tenir aux
normes prévues par la législation, mais doit
aussi pourvoir à la formation des opérateurs
en ce qui concerne:
 Les protections doivent toujours rester
dans leur logement, parfaitement fixées.
 Si pour n'importe quelle raison ces
protections sont enlevées,
absolument rétablir
fonctionnement avant de remettre en
marche la machine.
 Utiliser la machine uniquement dans des
conditions techniquement parfaites et
conformes à sa destination.
 L'utilisation conforme à sa destination
comprend également l'observation des
instructions d'utilisation et d'entretien,
ainsi que les conditions de révision et
d'entretien.
 Il est impérativement interdit d'aspirer
des substances inflammables
toxiques.

Il est absolument interdit de toucher les
pièces en mouvement de la machine: si
cela est inévitable, arrêter d'abord le
fonctionnement de la machine.

Die im vorliegenden Handbuch beschriebene
Maschine ist in Entsprechung der CE-
Richtlinie für Maschinen 2006/42/CE und
der nachträglichen Änderungen ausgelegt.
Der Maschinenführer ist verpflichtet, für die
Sicherheit und Gesundheit der Bediener die
einheitlichen Vorschriften und die örtlich
geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften für den
Arbeitsplatz zu befolgen.
Inbetriebnahme der Maschine sind immer
die notwendigen "preliminary" Kontrolle
durchzuführen.
Achtung!
Der Maschinenbetrieb ist ausschließlich
dem hierzu befugten Personal vorbehalten.
Um den Betrieb seitens Unbefugten zu
vermeiden, den Anlasserschlüssel abziehen.
Sicherheitsmangelnde Änderungen oder
Anbringungen von Zusatzteilen sind nicht
gestattet.
Vor dem Starten der
sicherstellen, daß sich keine Personen im
umliegenden Gefahrenbereich befinden.
Während des Betriebes stets auf die
Stabilität der Maschine achten.

Die Maschinenbediener müssen eine genaue
Kenntnis der Sicherheitsvorschriften
besitzen und vom leitenden Personal zudem
über Folgendes informiert werden:
 Die festen Schutzvorrichtungen dürfen
nie verstellt oder abgenommen werden.
 Wurden diese Schutzvorrichtungen aus
irgendeinem Grund abgenommen, so
sind sie vor dem Starten der Maschine
wieder in den ursprünglichen Zustand zu
bringen.
 Die Maschine darf ausschließlich in
einwandfreiem Zustand
bestimmungsgerecht zum
kommen.
 Der
bestimmungsgerechte
bedeutet auch Beachtung der Betriebs-
und Wartungsanleitungen, sowie der
Inspektions- und Wartungsbedingungen.
 Entflammbare
und/oder
Substanzen dürfen auf keinen Fall
angesaugt werden.

Die in Bewegung
