QUICK START GUIDE

BATTERY INSTALLATION

1. Press down Battery Cover and slide right.
2. Firmly inser t battery with positive ( +) side up.

SET DATE AND TIME

1. Press and hold the "S" button for 3+ seconds
2. Y ear flashes. P
3. Press the "S" button. Month flashes in the top left. Press the ">" or "<" buttons until
the correct year is displayed.
4. Repeat Step 3 for the Day, Hour (24 hours) and minutes.
5. Press the "S" button. Meter will display "SET" and turn off.
Date and time is now set.

BEGIN TESTING

Wash hands with
warm water and dry.

VIEW TEST RESULTS

1. Press the "M" button to turn on the meter. Press the "M" button again.
2. Last test results are displayed. Press "<" and ">" button to toggle results.
3. Press "M" button a third time to see 7, 14, 21, and 28 day averages.
4. Press "S" button to turn off Meter
Follow usage Instructions carefully. Use only with an auto-disabling, single use lancing device. A new pair of clean gloves
should be worn by the user before testing each patient.. Carefully follow cleaning and disinfection protocols between each use
