UNPACKING

Inspect the tool carefully to make sure that no breakage or damage occurred
during shipping.

Do not discard the packing material until you have carefully inspected and
satisfactorily operated the tool.

If any parts are damaged or missing, please return the product to the place of
purchase.
CONNECTING THE POLE SAW ATTACHMENT TO THE TELESCOPIC
POWER POLE
This pole saw attachment is designed for use with EGO telescopic power pole
PPX1000//PPX1000-FC.
The pole saw attachment connects to the telescopic power pole by means of a coupler
device.
1. Switch off the tool and remove the battery pack.
2. Loosen the locking knob.
3. Align the arrow on the attachment shaft with the insert indication on the coupler
and push the pole saw attachment into the coupler until you hear a clear "click"
sound. The coupler should be positioned all the way to the LINE on the shaft that
indicates that the pole saw attachment is properly mounted into place (Fig. 2).
4. Pull the shaft of the attachment to verify that it is securely locked into the coupler.
If not, push the attachment shaft into the coupler until it snaps into place.
5. Tighten the locking knob securely.
