- 4 Connect SECTION 3 and SECTION 2.
- 5 Pull out SECTION 3 until the Button Clicks into Place.
- 6 Open the Quick Release on SECTION 4.
- 7 Adjust the Trekking Poles to Your Body Size.
- 8 Finally, Close the Quick Release Again.
