We, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Meiki Engines Co.,
Ltd. declare that the essential requirements of 2006/42/
EC are applied and fulfilled and this product conforms
to 2011/65/EU.
Furthermore declare that the following harmonized
standards are applied as far as applicable:
EN1679-2 and the normative referenced standards
contained therein.
Also declare that the relevant technical documentation
is compiled in accordance with part B of 2006/42/EC
Annex VII.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Meiki Engines Co., Ltd.
undertake to transmit, in response to a reasoned
request by the national authorities, relevant information
on the partly completed machinery. This will be trans-
mitted to the national authorities via electric data.
This engine must not be put into service until the final
machinery into which it is to be incorporated has been
declared in conformity with the provisions of the
Directive 2006/42/EC.

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Meiki Engines Co., Ltd. a entre-
pris de transmettre des informations pertinentes sur les
machines partiellement achevées.
Elles seront transmises aux autorités nationales via données
électriques.
Ce moteur ne doit pas être mis en service jusqu'à ce que la
machine finale dans laquelle il doit être incorporé soit déclarée
conforme aux dispositions de la Directive 2006/42/CE.

ses Produkt mit 2011/65/EU konform ist.
Ferner erklären wir, dass die folgenden harmonisi-
erten Normen, soweit anwendbar, angewandt sind:
EN1679-2 und die darin enthaltenen normativen
Bezugsnormen
Wir erklären ferner, dass die technischen Unterlagen
in Übereinstimmung mit Teil B von 2006/42/EC
Anhang VII verfasst sind.
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Meiki Engines Co., Ltd.
verpflichtet sich, staatlichen Behörden auf begrün-
detes Verlangen hin relevante Informationen über
die unvollständige Maschinenausrüstung zu über-
mitteln.
Solche Informationen werden den staatlichen
Behörden in elektronischer Form übermittelt.
Dieser Motor darf erst dann in Betrieb genommen
werden, wenn die maschinelle Endausrüstung,
worin der Motor eingebaut werden soll, als konform
mit den Bestimmungen der Richtlinie 2006/42/EC
erklärt worden ist.
