12. Pilot burner protection cover
The pilot burners are supplied with a protection cover made of stainless steel to ensure the cleanliness of
the thermocouple. During operation of the unit, keep the cover in place and clean it if necessary or at
least at the end of the service. To remove, just pull the cover upwards and clean it with soapy water or in
the dishwasher. Then push it back into place, it can be placed only in one direction (see images). The unit
works properly also without the protection cover, but should you lose or break one of them, get in
contact with your retailer/wholesaler for a replacement.
