9 Warranty

•Weinmann guarantees that the product is
free from defects, if used as intended, for a
period of 6 months from date of purchase.
•Warranty claims must be accompanied by
proof of purchase showing merchant and
date of purchase.

•We acknowledge no liability under
warranty in the event of:
– Non-compliance with the instructions for use
– Incorrect operation
– Improper use or treatment
– Repairs to the device attempted by
unauthorised persons
– Force majeure
– Transport damage due to inadequate
packing of returned items
– Deterioration in normal use and customary
wear
– Failure to use original replacement parts.
•Weinmann does not accept liability for
damage consequential upon defects unless
due to willful acts or gross negligence or in
the event of harm to life or limb due to minor
negligence.
•Weinmann reserves the right to choose
whether to rectify the defect, to supply an
item free of defects or the make an
appropriate reduction in the purchase price.
•If a warranty claim is refused, we will not
accept the transport cost to or from our
address.
•This does not affect your statutory rights.
