- Page 2 MANUAL First pull the loops of the seat part over the ends of the pole into the recess, then the loops of the suspension cords. The suspension cords must be kept as straight as possible – do not twist or knot them! With use they stretch by 5-10 %. The suspension needs to be retightened accordingly.
