MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

Before carrying out cleaning operations always en-
sure the electricity supply is disconnected and wait
for the machine to cool down.
CLEANING OF DRIP TRAY/USED CAP-
SULES DRAWER
Cleaning of the drip tray/used capsules drawer
must be performed regularly and in any case every
time the display shows the following message:
EMPTY THE CAPSULE DRAWER
The operation of the machine will be inhibited un-
til the capsule drawer is emptied.
Take the drop/spent capsule drawer out. The dis-
play shows alternately:
RESET DRAWER
CAPSULE COUNTER
INSERT
CAPSULE DRAWER
Remove the cup rest compartment and the spent
capsule drawer from the drop drawer.
The float on the cup/glass rest grid indicates the
max. level of the drop drawer capacity.
Empty the drop drawer and the spent capsule
drawer and wash them with a mild detergent
solution.
Components can be washed in the dishwasher at a
temperature not higher than 40°.
Reinserting the drawer will light up all the LEDs
and on the display appears the message:
