Unprovisioning Although a HM6000 or HM6010 may be disconnected from the HM | DC app, but it may still be bound to your phone or tablet. If a HM unit is provisioned to your phone or tablet, it cannot be provisioned to another device.
HM | DC Deleting a HM Unit If you wish to remove a HM6000 or HM6010 from your HM | DC, you can delete the device from your phone or tablet. Tap on the ‘ ’ Icon to switch to the Settings screen.

Please note: If you notice degradation and delay when using ‘Live Swiping’ over Bluetooth Mesh, ensure that your HM6000 is the ‘Host’ in the Bluetooth Mesh or you can setup your devices using ‘Standard BLE’. This should reduce any delay noticed. Hornby will continue to improve functionality through future ‘Live Updates’.
