This heart rate monitor is not a medical
device.
Always consult a physician before starting
an exercise program. If you have a pace-
maker or other implanted electronic device,
consult your physician before using this
product.
The use of this product while exercising
might distract from your surroundings or
your activity.
Interference with the signal from external
sources, poor contact with your skin and
other factors may prevent accurate heart
rate data readings or transmissions. Tom-
Tom disclaims all liability arising from any
such inaccuracies.
Use of devices with an antenna is prohibited
on most aircraft, in many hospitals and in
many other locations. This device must not
be used in these environments.
Battery and environmental information
The battery contained in the product must
be recycled or disposed of properly accord-
ing to the local laws and regulations and
always kept separate from household waste.
WEEE directive
The symbol on the product or
its packaging indicates that
this product shall not be
treated as household waste.
In line with EU Directive 2002/
96/EC for waste electrical and
electronic equipment
(WEEE), this electrical prod-
uct must not be disposed of as unsorted
