Press the TAP/BANK DOWN foot switch with the tempo of the song being played.
The delay time is set as a note synchronized to the tap tempo set with the TAP/BANK DOWN
foot switch.
The tempo (BPM) is shown on the TIME/VALUE display, and the LED of the TAP/BANK
DOWN foot switch blinks in red.
Checking settings saved with a program
While changing parameter settings with the knobs and switches, a dot ("•") lights up in the lower-
right corner of the TIME/VALUE display when the knob or switch is set to the setting saved with
the program. In addition, if all parameter settings are the same as those saved with the program, a
dot ("•") lights up in the lower-right corner of the PROGRAM display.
Key Lock function
The Key Lock function is useful in helping you avoid pressing keys by accident during your
performance.
1.
Press and hold the EXIT button until "Lock" appears on the TIME/VALUE display.
The buttons and knobs on the front panel are disabled. Only the TAP/BANK DOWN, BANK
UP and channel A and B foot switches are enabled.
Note: The INPUT ATTENUATOR switch, OUTPUT ATTENUATOR switch and INPUT LEVEL
knob are normally enabled, regardless of whether the Key Lock function is enabled.
2.
To disable the Key Lock function, press and hold the EXIT button until "OFF" appears on
the TIME/VALUE display.
Using a connected pedal
By connecting an optional pedal to the CONTROL PEDAL jack, you can control effect parameters.
The pedal settings will be saved with the programs (See page 21 "Saving edited effects in a selected
destination".).
Controlling parameters with the pedal
1.
Turn off the SDD-3000 PEDAL, and then connect the pedal.
2.
Connect a cable to the INPUT (L/MONO) jack, and turn on the SDD-3000 PEDAL.
3.
Press the PEDAL button in the SYSTEM section.
The LED lights up green, and "PdL_" appears on the TIME/VALUE display.
4.
Set the sound for the full heel position of the pedal.
5.
Press the PEDAL button.
"PdL‾" appears on the TIME/VALUE display.
6.
Set the sound for the full toe position of the pedal.
