Oil leaks can be a hazard. Regularly empty waste oil from collection chamber and
inspect the oil return tube for any blockages or damage.

Contact with oils, coolants etc. can cause skin disorders. Avoid contact with skin and
eyes and wear PVC, neoprene or nitrile gloves, safety glasses and overalls when
handling or cleaning the unit.

FT300
This tramp oil skimmer uses a rotating belt to remove tramp oil
floating on the surface of your cutting fluid. This unit is
designed to remove up to 3 litres per hour.

INSTALLATION
•
The oil skimmer should be mounted above the liquid
tank, preferably on the opposite side to the inlet.
•
The skimmer can be fixed on top of the tank,
supported by the angle bracket pre-drilled to take 2 x
M6 fasteners.
•
The base of the drive unit must be a minimum of
40mm above the top of the highest fluid level.
•
A standard 19mm I/D hose can be fitted to the 'V'
channel to take the waste to a suitable container.
•
The unit can be plugged direct into a standard 240v,
50Hz supply.
•
The belt should be attached with the green side on the
INSIDE.
