to U100 are OK?
YES
Is the VRIO a 1.8V?
YES
Folder signal is low on
Magnetizing into U100?
YES
The DBB(U103) is broken.
Change the board.

Re-solder the

Refer to Power ON

Replace the U100.
The U100 is broken
