z Vibrator Trouble
Check the voltage of C214
Voltage is 2.7V?
Check the voltage
of vibrator PAD (OUT200)
Voltage is 2.7V?
Check the soldering of Vibrator.
Vibrator has a problem.
Change Vibrator

ABB(U102) has a problem.
Replace U102 or change the board.
Check the soldering of L200, L201.
If problem, re-solder inductor.
Re-solder Vibrator.
