The click and go section is stuck on one side. Cannot unclick, how do I fix this?

To fix a stuck Click & Go section on a Steelcraft Strider Mini:

1. Inspect for Dirt or Debris: Check the locking and moving parts of the Click & Go section for dirt, sand, or debris that may be causing the issue.

2. Clean the Area: Wipe the affected parts with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris. Avoid using excessive water or dripping wet cloths.

3. Check for Damage: Examine the parts for any signs of being bent, torn, worn, or broken. If any parts are damaged, stop using the stroller.

4. Lubricate if Necessary: If the locking parts remain stiff, ensure they move freely by lightly lubricating them, if permitted, as per the maintenance guidelines.

5. Contact an Authorised Repairer: If the issue persists, have the stroller repaired by an authorised Britax/Steelcraft repairer. Use only Britax/Steelcraft replacement parts, as parts from another manufacturer may be unsafe.

Always ensure all safety devices and locks are in proper working order before using the stroller.
