4.16 Trans Flash Trouble

Trans Flash is worked as below :
Trans Flash insertion → VREG_MMC_3.0V is 3.0V → MMC_CD go to High →
Trans Flash Insertion detecting by MSM6250A → go working
Start
Check the B-to-B connector
for SUB PCB
Insert the Trans Flash Card
Trans Flash insertion
Detection is correct ?
Change the Main B'd
NO
Check the VREG_MMC_3.0V,MMC_CD signal
Or change the SUB b'd
