so select [OK], and then press the [FUNC./SET]
button to start the firmware update.

Step 4. Check whether the firmware of the camera has been updated to the new version

Press the [Playback] button to turn the camera on
in Playback mode.

Press the [MENU] button.

Use the Control Dial or the Up/Down/Right/Left
buttons to select the [Firm Update...], and then
press the [FUNC./SET] button.

Check whether the firmware of the camera has
been correctly updated to the new version. If
"Updated already" appears, the firmware has been
correctly updated to the new version.
5.
Press the [POWER] button to turn off the camera,
and then remove the SD memory card.
This completes the firmware update.
After the firmware update is completed, please make sure to initialize the SD memory card to which the
firmware update file was copied before using the memory card. Also, please delete the firmware you
downloaded from your computer.
