(1) If using QQ mailbox to log in, password needs to enter authorization code then
log in successfully, the authorization code can be referred to after opening SMTP service under QQ mailbox setup starting)
(2) If using company mailbox, such as foxmail，SMTP address needs to be changed to：smtp.exmail.qq.com，and tick using
SSL， click "log in"
(3) After logging in successfully, user can enter receipt's mailbox, click and send the conference contents to the recipient, in
pdf format.
