7. Preparation and Operation

• Check whether the oral irrigator is switched off (the ON/OFF switch
sticks out a little bit more than it is the case when it is switched on).
• Connect the mains plug to the mains socket.
• Insert a lug-in nozzle into the upper aperture of the handle.
Insertion is possible in one direction only. Do not use force!
For hygienic reasons, each user should use his/her own plug-in
nozzle.
• Open the lid of the water tank and fill in tap water which should be
clear, clean and fresh. The water temperature should neither be too
cold nor too hot. It must not exceed 40°C (Danger of scald!).
You can add a little bit of customary mouthwash, if desired.
The maximum total filling quantity is 500ml. There is a
marking on the side of the water tank.
• Insert the water tank vertically down into the oral irrigator. Press it
into the connection so that the water tank is fully inserted.
Insertion is possible in one direction only. Do not use force!
