- Page 2 About the Simulator List of Components Developed to have a unique dual purpose, the Pediatric Caudal Injection Simulator on Life/form Pediatric Caudal Injection Simulator Board ® will allow for both lumbar puncture and caudal Opaque Skin Pad injection. Anatomically correct, this simulator Clear Skin Pad represents a 12-month old infant in the left lateral decubitus position with neck and knees flexed.
