BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic
from the device.
• Clean the appliance before use with a damp cloth.
• During the first use there could be some smoke and a burning smell. This happens because
the appliance is new. It will disappear after a few minutes. This does not mean there is a
malfunction and it will not cause one.
USE
USE
• Comb through your hair with a normal brush until it is smooth and free of tangles.
• Only use on clean and dry hair. Do not use on hair extensions. Make sure your hair is free
from hair products like gels, creams etc.
• Plug the appliance into an electrical outlet and hold down the On/off button until the display
illuminates.
• Use the temperature buttons to choose the desired temperature. Temperature Hair type
75°C - 125°C Recommended for delicate, fine or short hair
150°C - 175°C Recommended for normal hair
175°C - 200°C Recommended for thick or heavy curled hair
• Separate a section of your hair.
• Place the brush in your hair.
• Hold your hair firmly and brush down from root to tip, repeat this until the desired area is
straightened.
• After use, press and hold down the On/off button until the display turns off.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the
appliance surfaces. Do not allow water or any other liquid to get into the unit.
Storage
• Unplug the appliance, allow it to cool, and store it in its box or in a dry place. Never store it
while it is hot or still plugged in.
• Never wrap the cord tightly around the appliance.
• Never hang the unit by the cord. Store the cord loosely coiled. Do not put any stress on the
cord where it enters the unit, as it could cause the cord to fray and break.
