BEFORE THE FIRST USE

• Take the appliance and accessories out of the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or
plastic from the device. Before use clean the appliance with a damp cloth.
• During the first use there could be some smoke and a burning smell. This happens because
the appliance is new. It will disappear after a few minutes. This does not mean there is a
malfunction and it will not cause one.
USE
Hair must be clean, completely dry, and
combed before using the appliance. Plug
in the appliance and turn on the switch.
Wait for about 3 minutes while reaches the
optimum working temperature.
This curler will create lasting curls without
effort. The hair is automatically introduced
into the ceramic chamber where it is gently
held and heated from all ends to create
the professional effect curl. Just release
and you will see the results instantly.
ATTENTION: The Tourmalina-Ceramic
coated chamber will become very hot
in a few seconds and should not touch
the skin once the curling iron is on.
1. Start by combing the hair to soften it.
Take a section of approximately 1.5 cm
to 2.5 cm (Fig. A). Do not try to curl too
much hair sections at one time. 2. The
curling iron must be positioned with the
opening of the curling chamber on the
side of the head (Fig B and C). 3. Place the
curler where you want to start the curling.
The section of hair to be used should be
straight and neatly placed in the center of
the guide. (Fig C and D). 4. Once the hair is
placed, release it and press the actuator
trigger to allow the hair to be automatically introduced into the curling chamber. (Figure E)
5. Hold the curler firmly, with the trigger pressed, until you hear the beep sound 6 times.
Then you will hear 3 short successive sounds that indicate that you are ready and can release
the trigger and remove the hair curler (the entire process takes approximately 17seconds.)
Carefully pull the appliance to release a perfect curl (Fig F)

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe the
appliance surface. Do not allow water or any other liquid to get into the unit.
• Clean the air suction opening from time to time with a soft brush.
