To build a Dunster House Daft Badger cabin (E9-3042DBPP-45), follow these steps:

1. Preparation:
- Ensure a level, stable, load-bearing foundation with minimum dimensions of 3050mm x 4250mm.
- Gather necessary tools, including a hammer, screwdriver drill, spirit level, saw, clamps, measuring tape, and other recommended tools.

2. Check Components:
- Verify all parts are included before starting assembly.
- Identify screws, bolts, washers, and brackets needed for construction.

3. Pre-Drill Holes:
- Pre-drill holes for screws to prevent splitting the timber.

4. Assemble the Structure:
- Follow the provided installation manual.
- Connect wall logs, bearers, door frames, and purlins using the appropriate screws.
- Use interlocking brackets for windows and doors.

5. Install Roof and Floor:
- Use the specified nails (40mm) to secure floor and roofboards.
- Use a rubber mallet to fit logs into place if needed.

6. Seal and Finish:
- Use a silicone gun to seal glass in windows and doors.
- Sand rough patches if necessary.
- Protect the structure from the elements using tarpaulin or plastic sheeting during assembly.

7. Final Checks:
- Ensure everything is level and properly secured.
- Install door and window handles and vents.
