Preparing Cables
3.1
Determine the heat resistance grade of the cable insulation material based on the ambient temperature. It is recommended that the cables resist
heat of at least 105°C.

Preparing Terminals
Output Terminal Appearance

Recommended screw: GB819-
85 M3 countersunk screw, the
length can be selected
according to the actual
situation.
DC output +, DC output –, address line, charger in-position detection, and control ground signals are hazardous voltages, please don't touch.
Output Terminal Port Definitions
Pins B2 and C2 of the DC output terminal must be short-circuited.
Input Terminal Appearance
User-supplied; recommended manufactures: AVIC Jonhon
(CZ36E-4Z-04) and Suzhou Huazhan (HJ003-4STFY) .
