Troubleshooting (Factory Reset) Wi-Fi LED NOTE Inactive If you have issues connecting the device to a TELUS account, power cycle the Automation Hub (unplug the power cable from the Solid Active Automation Hub and plug it back in to restore power). If issues persist, reset the device to factory defaults.
