Obstructions in
the spray
nozle

may cause any of the
following problems:
1.
Solution bottle
"fills-up" with
liquid.
2. Machine does not deliver any or very
little solution from bottle.
3. Broken
or irregular spray pattern.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH
SOLUTION BOTTLE AND
ALL
HOSES,
VALVES AND SPRAY NOZZLE WITH
CLEAN WATER AFTER EACH
USE TO
PREVENT CLOGGING.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Remove
40"solution
hose
(ltem
19)
and wand
section (ltem
25).
2. Hold floor nozzle (ltem
24J
in one hand and insert
cleaning
tool into spray nozzle as shown.
3. Push tool thru
nozzle
untiltool
can be seen in spray
nozzle groove. Then
work cleaning tool back
and
forth a few times.
4. Rub spray nozzle groove
with fingernail to
remove
any
deposits and flush spray
nozzle
with running
water.
5. Replace 40"solution hose
(19)
and wand section
(25).
6. Check
unit for proper solution
delivery.
