  • Page 45: Throttle Mode

Throttle Mode • ‘Forward – Brake – Reverse’: When changing direction, the AGITO must come to a complete stop. The throttle must then be released (left in neutral) briefly and reapplied to change direction. This allows the logic in the control system to differentiate between a brake command and a change of direction.
  • Page 46 This means that the chassis will essentially drive like a regular car and maintains the “front end” Driving the AGITO along a 5-meter line will confirm that the alignment is correct, if the system does not follow the line check the mechanical tracking of the “front end”.
  • Page 47 AGITO run better over bumps, it also reduces steering response, calming the AGITO, and making its movement smoother. The AGITO will transfer more weight, as the front will rise when accelerating and lower under braking. Less kick-up makes the AGITO more responsive, good for smooth hard surfaces and lower intensity turns, due to less weight transfer.
