To wire the ISKRAEMECO MT880 meter with current transformers (CTs), follow these steps:

1. Cable Preparation:
- Use stranded cables with appropriate ferrules.
- Remove approximately 15 mm of insulation from the power (main) cables.
- Use cables with a maximum cross-section of 16 mm² for CT-connected meters.

2. Terminal Connection:
- Fix the power cables to each terminal using both screws.
- Apply a tightening torque of 1.7 Nm for CT connections.

3. Auxiliary and Communication Terminals:
- For auxiliary voltage, external power supply, and RS232/RS485 terminals, use cables up to 6 mm² and strip about 5 mm of insulation.
- For input, output, 5A relay, and communication module terminals, use cables up to 2.5 mm² and strip about 5 mm of insulation.

4. Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety regulations and ensure installation is done by authorized personnel only.
- Use a UI splitter if separating voltage and current circuits, and only use the tool provided by the manufacturer.

5. Optional:
- Install and seal the COP5 cover to protect main voltage and current terminals if needed.

как смотреть реактивную энергию ?

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
March 26, 2025

To view reactive energy on the ISKRAEMECO MT880 meter, check the reactive energy measurement mode. The meter supports different reactive energy flow directions and quadrant measurements:

- One-direction flow (Q+): m = 1
- Two-direction flow (Q+, Q-): m = 2
- Inductive energy reception, capacitive energy transmission (Q1 and Q4): m = 3
- Inductive energy in two directions (Q1 in Q3): m = 4
- Four-quadrant measurement (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4): m = 5
- Four-quadrant measurement with reception and transmission (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q+ and Q-): m = 6

Ensure the meter is configured for the appropriate reactive energy measurement mode. The class of accuracy is either calibrated to 1% (n = 4) or class 2 (IEC 62053-23) (n = 5). Use the meter interface or connected communication protocols like RS232 or RS485 to access reactive energy data.
