IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS RULES FOR SAFE OPERATION NOTE: There may be a trace of smoke or odour when unit is first operated. Do not be alarmed. This indicates that a drop of oil fell on the heating coil during the manufacturing process. - Page 4 19. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Use handle when moving the unit. Keep flammable materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) from the front and top of the heater and keep them away from the sides and rear.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR HEATER Control Panel with LCD display INSTALLATION The heater comes fully assembled in the box. Carefully remove the heater from the bag and the carton. The heater must be placed on a firm, level surface. Plug the cord set into a 120V electrical outlet. -

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Remove the heater from the packaging and place on a firm level surface. To operate, connect to properly polarized outlet only. Match wide blade of plug to wide slot and fully insert. Be sure to plug into a 120V AC, 60Hz outlet. This heater will not operate until the unit is plugged in. -

REMOTE CONTROL Plug the heater into outlet and open the power switch on the base. Review the above setting instructions to operate the remote control. POWER- Press this button to start the heater. OSCILLATION- Press the button to control the heater’s oscillation feature for widespread distribution of heat through the room. -

MODE D'EMPLOI Retirez la chaufferette de l'emballage et placez-la sur une surface stable et de niveau. Pour faire fonctionner l'appareil, reliez-le à une prise convenablement polarisée seulement. Jumelez la lame épaisse de la fiche à la grosse fente et insérez jusqu'au bout. S'assurer d'utiliser une prise 120V AC, 60Hz. -

MINUTERIE La chaufferette est munie d'une minuterie qui peut être réglée pour un compte à rebours allant de 1 à 8 heures et s'arrêtera automatiquement une fois la période de fonctionnement écoulée.
