Communication with the Siemens Service Center
(SIPIX SD ZN)
The SIPIX SD ZN offers the optimal possibility to connect to different Siemens
experts worldwide via remote access. By default, experts for field devices or
SIMATIC components can be integrated via SIPIX SD to assist in service
operation. However, Siemens experts from other areas can also be requested for
Remote Service after consultation via the cRSP infrastructure and the SIPIX SD.
6.3.1
Service Agreements and Remote Service Tickets
To use a Remote Service, you must first have a valid remote
Service Agreement and a Remote Service Ticket are available. These can be
obtained from the
