Refresh
This is to set the Refresh mode to individual App. Speed Refresh Mode or
X Refresh Mode is recommended for webpage and video apps.
When the system is in Normal Mode, the refresh mode of Apps will be
used.
If the system is in other refresh modes(Speed Mode, A2 Mode), the
system's refresh mode will be used.
