RADIAL ENGINEERING 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
RADIAL ENGINEERING (a division of J.P. Cabletek Elec tron ics Ltd.) warrants this product
to be free from defects in ma te ri al and workmanship to the original owner and will rem e dy
any such defects free of charge ac cord ing to the terms of this war ran ty.
Radial will repair or replace (at its option) any defective component(s) of this product
(excluding batteries, fi nish and wear and tear on components under normal use) for a
pe ri od of three (3) years from the original date of pur chase. In the event that a particular

product is no longer available, Radial re serves the right to replace the product with a similar
product of equal or greater value.
To make a request or claim under this limited warranty, the product must be returned pre paid
in the original shipping con tain er (or equivalent) to Radial or to an authorized Ra di al repair
center and you must assume the risk of loss or dam age. A copy of the original invoice
showing date of pur chase and the dealer name must accompany any re quest for work

to be performed under this limited warranty. This limited warranty shall not apply if the
product has been dam aged due to abuse, misuse, misapplication, ac ci dent or as a result
of service or modifi cation by any other than an au tho rized Radial repair cen ter.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESSED WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE ON THE FACE
HEREOF AND DESCRIBED ABOVE. NO WAR RAN TIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, IN CLUD ING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WAR RAN TIES OF
MER CHANT ABIL I TY OR FITNESS FOR A PAR TIC U LAR PUR POSE SHALL EXTEND
BEYOND THE RESPECTIVE WAR RAN TY PE RI OD DESCRIBED ABOVE OF THREE
YEARS. RADIAL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LI A BLE FOR ANY SPE CIAL,

OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND
