- Page 2 Top Load Base Rack Assembly Assembly Step 1: Attach Base Plate with Endgate Bracket to Trailer Remove the body side latch using a 1/2” tool. The overhead base plates are notched to fit over the end gate latch and the notch must face downward and fit over the end gate side latch.
- Page 3 Top Load Base Rack Assembly Usage and Operation • Weight Limit = 200 lbs Evenly Distributed. • Check Bolt Tension Periodically. • Top Load Rack can be used with the LGT HexCap™Hardtop Cover. • Racks maybe configured in multiple ways to fit large as well smaller kayaks. Please Note the Kayaks and Kayak Mounts are not included in the top load base rack.
