M Durante il montaggio è importante ingrassare sempre le seguenti parti:
- sedi cilindriche
M Per l'ingrassaggio di qualsiasi parte usare solo l'apposito grasso siliconico codice: 14.6552.00 .
M Attenzione: per montare correttamente alcuni elementi è necessario richiedere i tamponi con i
codici "10.4401.00", "10.4402.00" e "10.4403.00"
@ Se precedentemente è stato smontata anche la guarnizione in due pezzi del manicotto, questa deve
necessariamente essere sostituita con un nuovo ricambio, in quanto non è possibile smontarla senza
danneggiarla.
@ Per montare la guarnizione del manicotto occorre utilizzare il tampone "10.4401.00" come appoggio,
infilandolo come indicato in fig.18; Inserire prima l'anello OR (più grande) nel suo alloggio all'interno
del manicotto stesso. Dopodichè, piegandolo facendo pressione come indicato in fig.19 si inserisce
l'altro anello (in teflon, di ø più piccolo).
M It is important to grease the following parts when assembling:
- cylindrical seats
M Only use the special silicon grease P/N: 14.6552.00 to grease any part.
M Attention: to mount several of the elements correctly it is necessary to order two stoppers with the
codes "10.4401.00", "10.4402.00" and "10.4403.00".
@ If the basket has been dismounted in two pieces of the sleeve, it has to be replaced with a new
spare part, as it is impossible to dismount it without damaging it.
@ To mount the basket of the sleeve the stopper "10.4401.00" has to be used as support, inserting it
as shown in fig.18; first the O-ring (the bigger one) has to be inserted in its seat inside the sleeve
itself. After this, bending it, and pressing as indicated in fig.19, the other ring is inserted (in Teflon,
the smaller ø ).
M Pendant le montage, il est important de graisser à chaque fois les parties suivantes :
- les logements cylindriques
M Pour le graissage de toutes les parties, se servir de graisse silicone référence: 14.6552.00 .
M Attention : pour monter correctement certains éléments, il faut demander les deux tampons portant
les codes "10.4401.00" , "10.4402.00" et "10.4403.00".
@ Si précédemment on a démonté aussi la garniture en deux pièces du manchon, il faut forcément
la remplacer par une nouvelle pièce de rechange, car il n'est pas possible de la démonter sans
l'endommager.
@ Pour monter la garniture du manchon, il faut utiliser le tampon "10.4401.00" comme appui, en
l'enfilant comme le montre la fig.18 ; il faut introduire d'abord la bague OR (plus grande) dans son
logement à l'intérieur du manchon. Après quoi, en la pliant et en appuyant comme le montre la
fig.19, on introduit l'autre bague (en téflon, d'un diamètre inférieur).
M Beim Einbau müssen die folgenden Bauteile immer geschmiert werden:

M Zum Schmieren aller Bauteile ausschließlich das entsprechende Silikonfett B/N: 14.6552.00 verwenden.
M Achtung: Für die richtige Montage einiger Elemente müssen die beiden Puffer mit den Bestellnum-
mern 10.4401.00, 10.4402.00 und 10.4403.00 bestellt werden.
@ Falls zuvor auch die zweiteilige Dichtung der Muffe entfernt worden ist, so muss diese unbedingt
durch eine neue ersetzt werden, da sie nicht ohne Beschädigungen ausgebaut werden kann.
@ Beim Einbau der Dichtung der Muffe muss der Puffer 10.4401.00 als Auflage verwendet werden,
der wie auf Abbildung 18 gezeigt eingeführt wird; zuerst der (größere) O-Ring in seinen Sitz im
Innern der Muffe selbst eingesetzt werden. Anschließend wird wie auf Abb. 19 unter Druck biegen
und den anderen Ring (aus Teflon, mit kleinerem Durchmesser) eingesetzt.
