To reload string for the HART HLST02LB:

1. Stop the engine or motor. Disconnect the spark plug (gas), battery (cordless), or power plug (electric).
2. Depress the tabs on the side of the string head housing to remove the lower string head housing. It is spring-loaded and will self-eject.
3. Do not remove the upper string head housing from the drive shaft.
4. Push the spool and bump knob through.
5. Remove old string and rewind new string onto the spool.
6. Reassemble the spool and housing.

Refer to the "Reemplazo del hilo" (String Replacement) section for detailed winding instructions.

To adjust to a cutting swath of 15 in.: See Figures 6 - 7.  Stop the engine or motor.  Avoid hot surfaces by always keeping the tool away from your body.
