Check that the Transport pressure gauge has been removed and properly stored for
future use)
Check the filling gas parameters of the bottles from gas certificates and by quality tests
performed on the single bottle
Connect the gas hose to the bushing DILO type valve.
Start filling operation.
Check for leakage with the gas leak-meter device.
Increase the gas pressure until the Tripping contacts operates (0.52 MPa abs).
Check the remote reading of the gas pressure sensor
Increase the gas pressure until Alarm 2 contact operates (0.55 MPa abs).
Check the remote reading of the gas pressure sensor
Increase the gas pressure until Alarm 1 contact operates (0.58 MPa abs).
Check the remote reading of the gas pressure sensor
Increase the gas pressure at the rated filling value (0.63 MPa).
Wait 4 hours stabilize and record the pressure values.
Perform a gas analyses and a gas Dew Point 48 h after the gas filling operation
Check that the PF tap is firmly closed or that the adapter is installed and wired to the
divider unit.
Remove all plastic protective foils from both composite insulators when the bushing is
installed and the transformer is inside the valve room.
Install the top shield bushing when the transformer is inside the valve room.
