Activity
Check the wooden crate status.
Check the external visual impact recorder(s).
Open the crate and inspect packaging and goods inside.
Check the pressure of the gas inside the bushing and the gas Dew point.
Check that the oil pressure is ≥1 bar @20° C, record the bushing avg. temperature
Verify the absence of oil leakages from the bushing.
Check the composite insulator status, the top terminal and the relevant accessories.
Check the oil side cone, the contact springs and the relevant accessories
Check the bushing instruments and the status of the electric wiring.
Check the status of the oil valves and the warranty seals
Remove the impact recorder and ship it to GE Energy Connections RPV.
Check that the transformer turret has been processed in accordance with the
Transformer Manufacturer procedure and that oil parameters inside the barriers are in
line with Table 13 data.
